We are seeking to recruit a Product Coordinator for a global automotive aftermarket supplier based in the midlands.
The Product Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Product Manager with the following activities:
*Evaluation and comparison of competitor products and range offerings
*Develop and maintain product awareness/training modules
*Support colleagues at presentations at customer branch and at garage/workshop level.
*Preparation of master NPI & product support material, including bulletins, or other product information and supply to field marketing teams
*Assist with the management of products throughout all stages of product life cycle, from NPI development and release, to post-release activities including stock category changes and deletions
*Provide relevant product data and statistics to fully support customer communications and marketing activities.
*Administration of product liability/warranty claims
Candidates will be comfortable with product catalogue formatting and data and have a good mechanical understanding.
Ideally you will also have gained experience in product marketing functions or a similar product related environment, ideally from an automotive or replacement parts background (but not essential)
