Pulse are seeking to recruit a Registered Manager for our client in North London (PAY NEGOTIABLE)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic HCPC registered Social Worker to take on an exciting role and provide professional leadership to the service. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an Independent Fostering Service at a senior level.
Responsibilities include:
* Undertake the role of the Ofsted Registered Manager and ensure compliance with Regulations and good practice guidelines;
* Manage the Quality & Safeguarding Performance of the company in accordance with legislative frame work, policies, procedures and best practice guidance;
* Provide leadership and ensure that adequate supervision is provided at all times;
* Oversee all aspects of service delivery in relation to the recruitment, assessment and supervision of foster carers;
* Support staff and foster carers to ensure a good quality service that promotes positive outcomes for looked after children.
