A leading Investment Management institution is implementing a new strategy relating to distribution of their funds throughout Europe. They are looking for a long term contractor to oversee European Mutual Funds and the administration provided by third parties.
In this role, your responsibilities will include;
Distributor setup will involve completing and reviewing detailed operational spreadsheets or other templates to capture the entire critical fund and dealing terms.
Assist clients through the Account Opening process by ensuring the Application Forms are accurately completed as well as confirming the correct AML details have been provided
Implement appropriate mapping of trades between registered shareholders the Transfer Agent register to ensure accurate reporting.

Monthly Administrator and Trustee Report Review
Board of Directors Reporting
Conducting Person Reporting
Oversee regulatory filings
Provide administration support for resolution of UCITS/guideline breaches
Key Performance Indicator Monitoring and Reporting
Provide back-up and assistance to other members of Administration team
Monitoring and oversight of Debit interest claims for all domiciles
Review and oversight of cash management facilities
Service Provider Oversight and including monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Errors and Annual Service provider reviews.
To qualify for this role, you need to possess significant financial services experience on the buy-side/in asset management in one of the following areas;
Significant Financial Services experience on the buy-side/in asset management
Significant experience of product or share class launches
Excellent understanding of onboarding processes
Oversight of Third-Party Administrators
Experience of Fund Administration including an understanding of calculating NAVs
