Summary:
The Technology, Consulting and Integration Solutions (TCIS) Account Executive for Financial Services (Banking), will be responsible for developing new business in an existing or prospective banking account. You will draw upon the consulting and domain expertise of the Consulting and Integration Services organization to close and deliver new business in the financial services industry. You willapply sales discipline and best practices to penetrate new accounts and continually work to improve client satisfaction.
You will be focused on representing the selling of services, developing new business in an existing/ prospective accounts around specific solutions focused in: AMOS, Security and DCT. You will structure deals and create a vision for a client by creating a strategic roadmap that articulates the entire services solution in a way that is appealing to the client. Engage the consulting and domain expertise of the Consulting and Integration Services organization to close and deliver new business.
With a strong proficiency in professional services sales, you will drive the sales of key solutions in the areas of Application Modernization and Outsourcing (AMOS), Application Security and Data Center Transformation (DCT) (virtualization, data center planning and consolidation, storage, systems management and cloud computing). In this role, you will utilize your strong proficiency in professional services sales calling on “C Level” relationships in the commercial banking space. You will work with banking decision makers to identify viable solutions to address their needs in areas such as: technology evolution, legal and regulatory issues, retail banking strategies, risk management issues, cash management strategy and customer experience issues.
Required:
The ideal sales executive will possess a strong proficiency in professional services sales calling on “C Level” relationships in the commercial banking space. You will work with them to identify viable solutions to address their needs in technology evolution, legal and regulatory issues, retail banking strategies, risk management issues, cash management strategy and customer experience issues, to address a few. Our go to market solutions are centered around our “Areas of Strength” in Application Modernization and Outsourcing (AMOS), Security and Data Center Transformation (DCT) (virtualization--server and desktop, data center planning and consolidation, storage, systems management and cloud computing).
Successful track record, with at least 8 years of experience, of quickly qualifying and pursuing new opportunities with banking clients in the areas of secure transactions, biometrics, mobility, cloud strategies and customer satisfaction, is ideal. Quickly develop client credibility with the ability to interact across multiple levels of management and maintain strong client relationships; comfortable working with executive leadership to pursue and close business. Ideally, one who has had quota ownership of $5M-$10M, and is experienced in closing complex deals.
You must have the ability to drive successful closure of deals in the banking industry. Quickly grow client credibility with the ability to interact across multiple levels of management, maintain strong client relationships, and the ability to articulate the ROI of our solutions to clients. The successful candidate will orchestrate all due diligence resulting in client penetration and sales. Work closely with executive leadership in pursuing and closing business.
