Our client a major player in the asset Management field are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Marketing team, in the delivery of all marcomms activity, including the delivery of high quality marketing campaigns. In addition to being fluent in Italian, experience in a marketing communications role within the Financial services sector and/or Asset Management sector is essential.

This is a London based role, however the focus for this individual will be on the Italian market and our client need someone who is fluent in written and verbal Italian and English. This role reports into the Regional Marketing head- Southern Europe.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a "can do" attitude, willing to go that extra mile. You will be working with a number of teams in London and Italy, so you will need to understand and adapt to different cultures and working styles. Strong marketing experience in an Italian Financial Services market, preferably in Asset Management.

Key responsibilities

?To develop and implement the marketing plan in Italy, in particular: -to raise the Brand -to promote the diversification of assets and retention on core funds -to develop partnerships with key clients.

?To create and maintain a comprehensive range of marketing literature for qualified investors and end consumers, including bespoke materials for key partners.

?To ensure that the Italian website content is always accurate and up to date.

?To work closely with the other colleagues of the Southern Europe team, as well as Northern Europe, UK, Advertising, Digital, Events, Design and Print, to ensure the development of one strategy, in line with the overall business objectives, and to leverage on best practices.

?To liaise with all the relevant departments to ensure the efficient and timely implementation of the marketing plan.

?To support the Italian sales team, being their first point of contact for their requirements.

Experience required

- Marketing communications experience gained in the Italian Financial Services sector-preferably in Asset Management.
-Native Italian speaker with very good English language skills.
-Good written skills with some experience in proof reading.
-Good project management skills
