We are looking for FX/Fixed Income/Product Implementation Consultants to provide a consultative service to Traders and Risk managers who wish to implement bespoke value add solutions in their trading software installations.
Assist clients with queries related to their Profit and Loss and Position Management, explaining risk parameters and results.
Support client use of FX Options trading functionality, technical set up and system configuration as well as liaising between clients and liquidity providers to resolve trade outages.
Assist with workflow testing (and over time design) of bespoke Options solutions developed for clients.
Understanding business reasons for client product enhancements requests, clarifying required functionality, triage of priority for development team and testing of end functionality developed via this process.
Provide a business analysis service for bespoke client projects
Knowledge Required
Educated to Degree Standard with three years work experience in the financial markets environment desirable.
Excellent understanding of financial markets, business workflows and financial institutions' software environments.
Strong FX Options Markets and systems knowledge is preferred
At least two year's experience in a technical support role (VBA, XML and SQL experience useful), with any consultancy or project management experience desirable.
