Business Analyst The role:

• This exciting Business Analyst role will see you sitting as a Subject Matter Expert between the business unit and other teams, such as Technology and Development, which are key suppliers of services and solutions to the business unit, taking a broad view on the product needs.
• This Business Analyst position covers: design, specification and documentation of business requirements; taking into account both short-term needs and helping to build a medium-to-long-term product and services strategy for the team.
• You will be providing quality business input on both internal and external development projects, together with applying knowledge and experience to the design, development and delivery of enhancements to the companys products and services. Other areas of focus will cover: maintaining product functional documentation and system support / UAT testing of enhancements and new product releases.

Business Analyst The person:

• The client requires candidates to have a strong track-record in a similar business analysis role, with Banking / Finance Payments Processing experience (BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, international and domestic payment systems) working to different Business Analysis techniques and processes. Experience of working in an Agile environment is highly desirable.
• There will be further mentoring / coaching and on-going training, but the client does require someone who can immediately add value and hit the ground running so the above experience is necessary.
• The department needs an energetic person; someone who is exceptionally dynamic and used to working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
