The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a European Product Marketing Manager to join a highly successful business and lead the marketing push across Europe. The key tasks of the European Product Marketing Manager are -

* Recognise the needs of the client across Europe and implement the processes to support all marketing campaigns
* Run the latest releases, launches and upgrades of telecommunications products across Europe
* Support the sales team through the process of selling your own products
* Recognise the limitations of the current marketing strategy of the client and suggest new and innovative ways to be more successful
* Establish and maintain highly prosperous relationships with all clients

The Candidate
The key attributes of the European Product Marketing Manager are as follows -
* A proven track record as a Product Marketing Manager is essential, such as experience with major product launches
* Strong project management skills are essential, must have experience with introducing new services with a number of stakeholders and departments involved
* Very strong leadership skills are vital, must be a very personable individual that can get on with a variety of people
* Must have a proven ability to influence individuals and teams that are not under their direct control. People in all teams must have a respect for the decisions that the successful candidate makes.
* A minimum of 7 years as a European Product Marketing Manager is vital
* Previous experience in the telecommunications, IT or software sector would be a huge advantage
