Our client a prestigious private GP practice based in Knightsbridge are seeking a diverse part-time Medical Secretary/Administrator to join their small but growing team.

The practice consists of 2 doctors and 3 administrative staff; they pride themselves on offering a traditional yet exceptional service to their patients. They are a stable team and the practice has been running for almost 90 years looking after the families of Knightsbridge.

Within this post you will be expected to complete a variety of tasks due to the nature of the role and it being a small team you will be expected to be based on reception on occasion, and the main role will be providing secretary support to the two doctors, undertaking medical audio typing, ordering for the office and pharmacy, high level of patient interaction with making appointments, liaising prescriptions and other administrative tasks as required.

Personal Specification

-Previous recent medical secretary experience (ideally within Private Healthcare)
-Fast accurate typing (40wpm min)
-Good general medical terminology
-Excellent customer services skills
-Immaculately presented
-Able to multitask and work well in a small team
-Excellent organisational skills

This post is based over 3 days per week.
