THE ROLE:
You will be acting for a wide range of clients working on various transactions including the acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold property and development related matters.
You will be joining a team that prides itself on excellent technical and negotiating skills and which manages and drives successful transactions on all types of property including offices, retail, leisure, licensed premises and agricultural.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years PQE along with a strong academic background and training from a leading national, City or strong regional practice. You will comfortable to handle a varied commercial property caseload unsupervised.
Candidates must be commercially focused, with sound business acumen together with excellent communication skills, a flair for negotiation and relationship building and be comfortable in providing independent advice. You must be able to demonstrate a willingness and ability to get involved in marketing and practice development.
