Based in and around London.
To manage, lead and coordinate specific projects in all matters relating to Commissioning Management and Validation for mechanical, electrical, public health, BEMS and controls, fire detection and protection, IT and data and all building engineering specialist engineering services.
To manage the Commissioning Management and Validation Services as required by the Business Assurance Scheme (QA); including, but not limited to tender presentation, design review stages, pre-commissioning, commissioning, handover, and maintenance documents.
Qualified in an HVCA engineering discipline.
Detailed and specialist knowledge of the testing and commissioning of Engineering Services for the for the Building Services & Construction industries.
Minimum 10 years post-qualification ideally gained in a mix of client, consultant, contractor and specialist environments within the building services industry. Multi-sector experience including healthcare, process, government, commercial and industrial.

Additional Duties:

• To be responsible for all aspects of site safety on for yourself and others including risk assessment, method statements.
• To take full control of one or more projects reporting to the Operations Director
• Being responsible to their clients for all site events within the scope of the contract.
• To agree documentation requirements both contractual, financial and standards.
• To evaluate labour requirements against the programme and tender submissions.
• To be skilled in communication and man-management.
• To respond to changes in requirements objectively.
• To identify all design data and ensure adherence to specific standards.
• To recognise your own abilities and know when to call for assistance in dealing with matters which fall beyond your experience.
• To produce commissioning handover reports to the satisfaction of the company and their Clients.
• Ensure all commissioning data is loaded on to a web based portal such as Inteli-scan, demonstrate and handover to the client.
• Attendance at tender interviews, present how a project should be managed and handed over. (using PowerPoint where required)
