Job Purpose:-
In line with current Brands' aggressive strategy for brand extension development and growth, we are looking for a bright and dynamic individual to fill the new position of Brand Extension Co-Ordinator within the Brand Extension team, managing a variety of tasks to support both the licensing and merchandising functions.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:-
Responsible for the procurement of all licensee central corporate support material; style guide, guidelines and all associated tools.
Support Business Development Manager in the development & implementation of the current Brands E-commerce strategy, specifically on-line web shop presence; liaison with Parts Ops and Merchandise Executive to ensure smooth set-up and transition to new format.
Develop and maintain 'team' colour, materials and data library.
Co-ordinate all licensee visits to the companies Racing, adapting presentation content as appropriate.
Co-ordinating all pre-approved licensee joint activity e.g. Jaeger-LeCoultre retailer/customer company visits.
Work with Category Managers to develop and maintain all department financial reporting; to encompass all actual vs forecasts in conjunction with the licensee's objective and sales projections.
Work closely with W-One Manager to encourage licensee led marketing/event activity at W-One.
Implement a 'store concept' at the Headquarters, liaising with Category Managers to ensure a showcase of all Aston Martin merchandise and licensed product; to be readily available to customers, employees, suppliers to purchase.
Work with Merchandise Executive to develop and oversee a robust 5 year event plan to support the Mobile Event Unit, working closely with regional teams to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility of both merchandise and licensed product at key corporate and appropriate events.
Manage and oversee the Event Unit diary and associated budget.
Support the team on specific projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications & Experience:-
- Previous experience within a similar supporting role.
- Finance background would be advantageous.
- Professional, reliable, presentable, welcoming and enthusiastic.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Experience of best practice in the luxury branded goods/services arena.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
