Responsibilities & Tasks:-Assisting MC Coordinator in day to day activities
-Compiling Client Handover Delivery/Despatch Dossiers
-Uploading documentation to the Project Completion System and SAP
-Assist Senior and MC Coordinators in administrative tasks
-Archiving of Client Handover Delivery/Despatch Dossiers
-And any other MC specific task delegated by Senior MC Coordinator
-Assist in maintaining the Project Completion System as required
-Participate in team meetings

Qualifications / Personal Attributes:-Mechanical, Engineering Degree or relevant experience
-Experience in Mechanical Completion, Quality Assurance or other relevant practice.
-Good computer skills. Shall be familiar with standard Microsoft tools, preferably knowledge with the SAP system, or other related PLM system
-Experience with Project Completion Systems is an advantage
-Familiar with the Companies business and equipment.
