My client is a market leader in the food and drink sector.
Their success is led by a strong portfolio of both branded and own label products that occupy a prominent spot in the vast majority of markets and categories in which they compete.

Role Overview
* To manage the relationship between with the major multiples.
* To drive both branded and own label sales in designated accounts. To hit all KPI's set in line with annual budget.
* To ensure you deliver an exceptional service to your customers, and to identify, deal and respond to any customer issues, queries or complaints.
* To communicate developments within the accounts to the required internal teams.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
* To deliver the annual budgeted target for nominated accounts
* To agree an annual joint business plan with all accounts ensuring promotional & distribution plans are in place.
* To lead the development of customer own label
* To communicate and liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient Forecasting and Supply Chain Management.
* To network and drive relationships with across all functions in nominated accounts
* To communicate effectively internally so that all departments are aware of any input they need to have in delivering excellent service within the account.
* Provide regular briefings to the Director of Sales in relation to agreed KPI's with insight and action.
* Support the Director of Sales as necessary in developing the Multiple channel.

Salary up to £55,000 DOE + car allowance + bonus + benefits
