The Product Manager will understand the competitive market and market trends, to develop product ranges which gives competitive advantage. To also manage the product category from cradle to grave, including all aspects of NPI, pricing and promotion, in order to deliver the budgeted margin.
Successful candidates for the Product Manager position with have:
- 2+ years marketing experience in a Consumer business - understanding of key workings of a manufacturing company would also be advantageous
- Excellent product management experience from concept to launch
- NPD experience
- Good communication and influencing skills
