The position will work closely with the Senior Merchandiser and the Buying team to ensure insight is valuable and provided in the relevant forums to support the final merchandising decisions. It will contribute towards the strategies both, medium and longer term that are developed by more senior roles within the team. The position will work closely with the direct team to share and implement best practice and commonality/harmonization across EMEA.
This role is responsible for supporting the Senior Merchandiser in the range sell in to the CM team within the region, meeting financial targets and expectations set by the leadership team.
The position is responsible for supporting the Senior Merchandise/Merchandiser in aggregating all market cluster assortments and rolling it up to a regional package to support the central placement of purchase orders
Support Senior Merchandiser/Merchandiser in coordinating category range plans that meet the brochure and customer profiles in support of the buying team.

Compile weekly statistics of sales performance and stock levels to buying and CM teams.

Collaborate with SC team to support managing the flow of the stock in to the business in the most cost efficient and effective way.

Works with other Assistant Merchandisers to ensure no duplication and leverage of size and scale of order quantities for all markets.

Support the more senior team members in preparing the lessons learn evaluation to support future product decisions based on performance, quality, stock levels etc.

Constantly prioritize actions to achieve the best sales and profit returns.

Works with Senior Merchandiser/Merchandiser to support on all presentations and reports for all CM/Management interaction.
Responsible for consolidating all the relevant data and insight to inform and support the Senior Merchandiser.
Responsible for inputting & analyzing data and using the information on trends and relevant market data to make initial recommendations on ranges and product.
Analyze market research reports and work with internal stakeholders to secure the correct information.
Continual improvement around reporting formats and system amendments to aid clarity on decision making and investment.
