Key areas of responsibility
Development of all promotional, POS and sales support material ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.
Must implement a strategy - bringing to life the various categories in store
Must look at return on investment - understanding how POS etc are adding value
Work closely with the Top 4 supermarkets
Gathering market intelligence and dissemination of relevant & insightful information to the team.
Work closely with the Trading team and store management to identify key areas for development of all customer communication.
Keep abreast of retail market and competitor analysis - understanding what competitors are doing
Excellent negotiation skills - experience of working to budgets
A proactive approach to problem identification and solution
The commitment and drive to 'make things happen'
Attention to detail is vital
Ability to multi-task
Self motivated with ability to manage projects independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multimedia and IT skills.
Creativity & attention to detail
Excellent project management skills essential - (Managing at least 3 categories and 4 customers)
Must have FMCG food experience
