Due to their success they have expanded into Milton Keynes where they have created a glamorous new home for a large scale, additional customer service team which will be open shortly and operate over 24 hours, 7 days a week .

The role

Listening to the needs of customers
Handle calls, emails and web chat from customers all over the world
Always putting the customer first
Going the extra mile and out of your way to help their wonderful customers - nothing is impossible
24/7 - Shifts Available
We have a number of shifts ranging from 10am to 8am, which include afternoon, evening and over night shifts working full time or part-time.

The person
Passionate about customer service, outgoing, customer focused, self-motivated, driven and has the need to be the best they can be. Star communicator both verbal and written.
