As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will work with the Reliability Team to provide key insight that will enable the improvement of the reliability function. You will undertake both operational, systems and process improvement activities to achieve your objectives.
You will run and interpret reports in collaboration with Engineers, as well as interfacing with global operational teams and the IT function to ensure data from business systems is correctly understood and interpreted. You will also ensure that new product categories are incorporated into the reporting framework.
So is this the role for you? To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- At a minimum, a 2:1 at degree level or equivalent within a number based subject, such as Physics, Maths, Statistics, Chemistry or Engineering
- A high degree of numeracy with confidence in analysis techniques for large data sets including extrapolation and forecasting techniques and statistical analysis such as hypothesis testing and regression
- The ability to handle large data sets and familiarity with the tools required to do this, such as SQL, MS Access, SAS, Minitab, MS Excel or VBA
