This is a great opportunity for a Product Development Manager to work for a well known beauty brand - the company now distributes in Great Britain, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Canada, Norway, the Middle East, and the USA.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Product Development Manager to proactively manage the development of existing beauty products on sale in the UK and make ready for sale in International markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert existing UK product into multi-language variants ready for sale in non-UK territories.
- Manage critical path with all relevant stakeholders to ensure actions are achieved within deadlines.
- Develop foreign language copy with external translators across all categories.
- To prepare clear and comprehensive copy and artwork briefs.
- Proof-read copy ensuring brand integrity is being maintained.
- Develop and co-ordinate the artwork approval process with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with designers to ensure optimum efficiency and production is achieved.
- Mock up artworks for internal review and approval.
- Approval of colour and print production.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Work with Sourcing Team to ensure all regulatory and legal guidelines within countries are met.
- Co-ordinate regulatory approvals with external parties.

Candidates should be International focused with fluent French ( written & spoken ) and the following skills:
- Graduate with a minimum of 5 years new product development experience within a beauty / personal care brand.
- Intimate knowledge of the NPD process and print production processes.
- Some knowledge of UK and international regulatory requirements would be a plus.
