Job Title:  National Account Controller – Multiple Channel

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be directly responsible for playing a key role in developing and implementing the strategy for the Retail Multiple Channel, which includes a portfolio of the major accounts within the Electrical, Grocery and Department Store channels. Working in cross-functional teams to oversee the execution of effective Joint Business Plans, you will be involved in top level, strategic negotiations at all levels within these high profile accounts.

The Requirements

Of graduate calibre, you will have strong communication and negotiation skills and a good breadth of commercial awareness. You'll need to demonstrate an outstanding track record of success within a "blue-chip" branded FMCG environment. A strong leader, with previous experience of managing direct reports and have current involvement in managing accounts within one or more of the above channels. You will have strong communication and negotiation skills and a good breadth of commercial awareness, coupled with a strong understanding of category management and customer marketing principles.
