Our client is currently looking for an R&D associate to join the business where they can offer you exciting market leading projects and excellent development within the company.
he purpose of the R&D Associate position is to lead projects that increase NR through product launches / Business initiatives and defend existing NR through on-going technical support of existing products.
The role encompasses elements of project management, formulation science and stability & performance testing.
As the R&D Associate your responsibilities will include:
* Deliver of projects resulting in a new product / claim launch
* Maintenance & improvement of department infrastructure e.g. SOP development, implement improved ways of working
* Contribute to development of pipeline through new concept development, technology sourcing etc
* Project management of development projects to achieve agree launch date. Includes leadership of cross functional implementation teams and management of all stakeholders
* Development of new formulations across all within the category portfolio. Including formulations development, stability testing, performance testing, scale up activities and creation of technical dossiers
* Coordination of consumer work needed to develop new products
* Line management of assistant / contractors
* Coordinator of one of more geography for on-going product technical support
Suitable applicants will be a strongly educated graduate and Product development experience within an FMCG environment is desirable.
