THE ROLE

* The Shopper Marketing Manager is an exciting role within a growing team, responsible for the development and implementation of Shopper Marketing programs and insights ensuring alignment and execution against the category strategies.
* The Shopper Marketing Manager will execute Shopper Marketing and NPD plan and define the macro 2013 in-store execution plan on a range of marketing and category projects designed to deliver retail category growth.
* The Shopper Marketing Manager will utilise shopper insights from shopper, consumer and category research to sell the plan effectively to retailers and identify the impact and usage of the retailer to deliver specific customer plans.
* The Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong internal relationships across key stakeholders and communicate success through thorough ROI and ensure learnings are captured and used by the team.

THE PERSON

* The Shopper Marketing Manager will have proven shopper marketing experience in an FMCG business with excellent strategic insights and delivery.
* The Shopper Marketing Manager will have strong communication skills with both internal colleagues as well as strong customer skills
* The Shopper Marketing Manager will have proven project management and budget management experience.
