Job Description:

We are seeking Chief of Party candidates for an anticipated USAID-funded WASH program in East Africa. The program will promote at-scale adoption of sustainable models of WASH service delivery. Responsibilities include providing overall leadership and oversight of all aspects of project activities and interventions and serving as liaison between the project and all stakeholders.
Requirements:

•  At least 5 years of chief-of-party or equivalent experience managing large (at least $5 million) WASH projects;
• Experience managing donor-funded projects in East Africa;
•  Demonstrated effectiveness in delivering cross-sector programming, including infrastructure, health, social as well as public and private sector engagement;
• Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as strong communications skills.
•  Familiarity with USAID in East Africa preferred.
