Description:
- Delivery of allocated sales targets, market penetration and market share growth through the promotion of spinal implants, instruments and Ortho Biologics within our vast portfolio.
- Development and roll out of key opinion leaders in the spinal field
- Creation and implementation of a targeted business plan
- New product planning and set forecasting
- Detailed sales analysis and report writing
- Delivery of education and training in new surgical areas in key accounts
- Promotion of our educational foundation, surgical training and research facilities
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external customers
- Keen eye for detail
- Detailed spinal knowledge (both anatomical and procedural)
- In depth level of understanding of spinal pathologies
- Proven track record in sales (preferably spinal/orthopaedic)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Enthusiasm, Drive and tenacity
- High regard for customer service and ability to deliver this in all customer interactions

Qualifications/experience
- Science degree
- Proven Sales track record in orthopaedics
- Experience of theatre sales
