A well thought-of M & E company are seeking an Electrical biased engineer to carry out Planned, Preventative & Reactive Maintenance duties within a commercial site in the heart of West London.
Candidates must come from a HVAC maintenance background, be electrically qualified, preferably with an apprentice and must have good customer liaising skills. This is a great chance to work for a medium sized, building services company, who have really good staff retention . Offering a salary of £30,000.

The successful electrical engineer will have experience working on: Single and three phase power, Air handling units, fan coil units, small power and lighting, split AC faults, water treatment, nurse call systems, calorifiers, plumbing first line faults, autoclaves, fire risk assessment, risk assessments, permits to work etc. Successful candidates should be educated to City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical engineering, whilst also possessing mechanical skills.
