We are currently recruiting a number of Complaint Handlers for a large corporate organisation based in Morley, Leeds (LS27 0JG). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a service driven organisation. If you are unable to commit to ALL of the below, please do not apply.
All successful candidates will be subject to a credit check and must be able to supply 3 years of continuous referencing - Either Academic, Employment or proof of receipt of benefit such as Jobseekers/Maternity/Carers Allowance.
Job Details -
Full Time - 5 days p/w, 8AM - 6PM Shifts Monday - Saturday
Temp - Estimate 6 months, strong likelihood this will be extended
Rate of pay p/h - £7.14 p/h
Key Accountability:
- Ensure all incoming emails/faxes are sorted, logged on DST using correct category/process and 5 day holding letter is sent, ensuring Service Level Agreements are adhered to and targets are met
- Redirect any items for other areas of Geoban/bank, including A&L referrals
- Reconcile all exception items from PBMS/Iron Mountain, match with appropriate fulfilment items and send to customer, updating relevant MI spreadsheets
- Input, review and take required action for several MI databases, eg, aftercare, aged cases, CTQ etc
- Collection and distribution of write off forms and cheques
- Send 3rd party authority letters
- Collect and arrange filing/off site storage when applicable
- Escalate any potential risks to the business (ie reputational/regulatory) to the appropriate level of management
- Printing, faxing, scanning of general complaints documentation .
