I am looking for an IT Sourcing Management Consultant with deep IT sourcing expertise and experience to join this growing Financial Services IT team.
Consulting. IT Sourcing and Financial Services experience is all non-negotiable for this requirement

You must have strong experience of definition of sourcing and supplier strategy as well as design and implementation of Sourcing Governance and Sourcing process management.

To be effective in this role an Executive Advisor is expected to have a broad knowledge and experience of the end to end IT Service Delivery life cycle and as such should be able to contribute to a broader range of engagements including IT organisation design, IT Strategy and Target operating model design and implementation and reviews. You will have experience of Targeted process improvement activities such as asset management, provisioning and service level management as well as optimisation of service delivery models, typically following sourcing of some elements of the service to external suppliers especially within an infrastructure programme delivery.

Qualifications and Skills that would be required:
- Deep experience in the delivery and management of IT sourcing process
- Deep experience and technical knowledge relating to one or more of the following categories;
- IT Infrastructure Outsourcing / Managed Services
- Applications Development and Management
- Hardware / Software
- Platform led BPO
- Cloud Services
- Data Centre Facilities

Experience and Background
- A successful track record of delivering complex consulting engagements with a demonstrable successful deal history within a market leading client base
- Proven experience of financial services organisation processes, systems/technologies, with a demonstrable track record in the definition and/or implementation of 3rd party services in this area
- A track record of being responsible for delivering sourcing outcomes that have had a material and positive impact on client businesses

As the IT Sourcing consultant you must also demonstrate deep practical experience in the majority of the services identified above and a broad understanding the service areas where practical experience has not been attained.
