The Role

This is a development opportunity for an experienced Business Unit Manager or Senior NAM to make the next step in their career. Reporting to the Head of Sales with direct accountability for the development, delivery and implementation of the sales strategy and business plan for the independent channel you will manage and lead a team of 6 to achieve to stretching sales targets and market share objectives.

The Requirements

Extensive experience of managing key accounts within the independent channel is essential, current or recent experience of Consumer Electronics/Domestic Appliances would be ideal, however more important is classic FMCG blue-chip training underpinned by first class commercial negotiation, relationship building and customer management skills. Critical to your success will be your drive for results and your ability to work cross-functionally, both internally and externally.
