Due to expansion our client requires Telephone Negotiators to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis with a view to going permanent.

Day to Day duties will include the following: * Working from a dialler, on behalf of clients and calling up customers to discuss their accounts * Taking payment over the telephone to settle outstanding bills * Setting up payment plans with customers * Arranging payment dates * Keeping the database up to date at all times, logging the outcome of each call * Working to set targets * Taking incoming calls and dealing with customer queries * Ensuring data protection is adhered to at all times * Ensuring payments are affordable and beneficial to both the company and the customer

As a person you will need the following: * Previous experience in a customer service department, ideally within an office or call centre environment * The ability to be persuasive and empathetic with customers * Excellent IT skills and be able to pick up new systems quickly * Must be able to pass a CRB and credit check (Essential) * Must be able to achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI's
