Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000K
Hours: 9.00am-5.00pm
Day to Day duties will include the following:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the customer organisation, identify their needs, develop and increase business and ensure quality delivery of service in order to provide excellent customer service.

* Keep all communication and administration up to date, producing meeting notes with actions from client meetings for circulation to relevant parties.

* Ensure all relevant parties are briefed and informed of project progress and forecasting of future project requirements.

* Maintain WIP and status reports and manage communications to the Account Director on any potential issues to meet on time delivery.

* Ensure projects are completed and despatched on time and right first time.

* Support Account Director to deliver continuous improvement initiatives that drive cost and process efficiencies.

* Ensure that the Creative Teams are fully briefed and provided with all necessary background information ensuring our proposals answer the client's brief. Conduct presentations of this work to clients and minute all Client feedback

* Work with the Production team from the outset of any project, ensuring that they are briefed in terms of timings and all production requirements ensuring the expertise of the business are utilised to deliver the client's needs in the most cost effective and efficient process.

* Ensure all projects are delivered to pre-agreed schedules and for notifying relevant parties of any changes.

* Ensuring that the business for which responsible is managed at a pre-agreed profit margin and resourced and charged in line with the contractual agreement and take responsibility for getting client agreement for all none contracted costs prior to any work commencing.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

* Customer service skills and will have print experience within a retail environment.

* Dynamic and enthusiastic and have a genuine passion to deliver innovative solutions for the customer and the company.
