Job Description
The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for assisting and supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR administration and support across all verticals within the Company.
This position will give the HR Administrator an opportunity to experience a wide range of HR activities. The Human Resources Administrator will assist and support the HR Manager in providing a professional HR service to all employees and will liaise with internal departments to ensure that the service delivered meets an exceptionally high standard.
The HR Administrator will provide cover and other administrative support within the Department whilst ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
Responsibilities:
The successful Human Resources Administrator will have responsibility for:
-Ensuring amendments to the HR database are made accurately and on a timely basis
-Ensuring all data stored is as accurate and as up to date as possible, and to liaise with candidates, employees and departments to maintain and update information as required
-Processing any changes which arise during employment, e.g. terminations, changes in employment status, changes to salary, transfers, promotions etc. and ensure that all information is provided for payroll in a timely manner
-Work closely with the Recruitment team to provide administrative support in relation to recruitment related activities both internally and externally, i.e. in preparation of offers of employment and coordination of the employee referral program
-Prepare all new starter information i.e. issue offers of employment, create new starter files, request references and ensure that appropriate departments are notified.
-Ensure all relevant new starter information is complete and captured for payroll
-Assist the HR Manager in specific projects relating to areas of work
Requirements
Our Human Resource Administrators possess:
-A degree graduate or its international equivalent from an accredited institution, either in HR or in a management, psychology or business-related discipline
-A minimum of 2 years professional Human Resources experience
-A high level of confidentiality and experience dealing with sensitive enquiries
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Excellent attention to detail
