We're going through some exciting changes at Carphone Warehouse. Amongst other developments, we're rolling out a completely new live tariff checker in our stores to demonstrate which price plans are the best value for our customers.
To ensure we continue offering the best value products and propositions, we're looking for a Commercial Category Analyst to join our extremely fast paced PAYM (Pay Monthly) pricing team in West London. You'll be involved in identifying opportunities and promotions through reporting on market intelligence, pricing, sales analysis, business cases, etc. This will involve taking a multichannel view across our in-store, online and up-sell merchandising propositions.
You'll be well placed if you have strong retail experience within the mobile or technology arena, as you'll have a good view of what our customers will want from a good proposition. It's all about making the numbers work and putting together the right packages of handsets and add-ons to make everything more appealing and to create the best deals for the ones that matter the most - our customers.
