Our client is a Blue-chip FMCG manufacturing business with a strong presence in every country it operates in. With strategic manufacturing facilities around the UK, they are recognised as an employer of choice within the FMCG sector, and offer unrivalled opportunities to develop both professionally and personally. The business is looking to appoint a talented and dynamic CI Manager to form part of its senior team across 2 key manufacturing facilities.
The role will take responsibility of driving performance, sharing best practice and creating an improvement culture in a fast paced and pressurised environment across 2 manufacturing facilities. You will work very closely with the operations managers, supply chain directors and senior teams at each site to ensure there is an alignment in CI initiatives. You will report to the Global Category Supply Director, be part of the senior leadership teams, with a team of 4 reporting in at each site. This role is very diverse and requires someone with the ability to work on their own, as part of a team and to able to influence and communicate at all levels.
The business is looking to appoint a talented and dynamic Operations Manager to form part of its senior team at a key strategic manufacturing facility. The role will take responsibility for a key facility, driving performance across a balanced set of metrics, and delivering site manufacturing strategy through a large team in a fast paced and pressurised environment. You will be accountable for the whole manufacturing process, from goods in through to despatch, including a high speed packing environment, and be held accountable for product quality and customer service across a varied and global customer base.
