One of the most respected UK Design and Brand agencies who have a who's who of long standing clients, are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the Digital solutions for big blue chip brands, globally and nationally. They operate at the highest levels of brand, category and corporate digital strategy and solutions. Their approach covers all areas of digital from search to social to CRM and web.
The role:
Working within the Digital Team you will be responsible for the definition and delivery of digital projects. Reporting into the Head of, your role will be to ensure the project scope is defined, create and manage the project plan, provide direction to team members and manage 3rd party suppliers through the delivery phase of production.
You will have a proven track record in delivering innovative and creative online solutions within an agency or major end client environment.
Skills required:
2-3 years' experience in a producer/technical project management role for an agency Ability to play multiple roles on a project (eg Information Architect hat in addition to Project Manager hat) Demonstrate understanding/working knowledge of project management processes/approaches Experience in information architecture/interaction design/user experience Expert in Office and Visio for generating site maps, flows, wireframes and behaviour specifications (storyboards, wireflows etc.) Being able to translate to easily understandable terms to other internal/external people Knowledge of other design, architecture-related software and prototyping tools (for example Omnigraffle, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks CS4, Axure, Keynote, SQL Server, Acrobat, Dreamweaver etc.) Experience using both Mac and PC operating systems Strong knowledge of site design; mastery in principles of Web design (HCI, HTML, CSS) Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology Experience constructing detailed workplans for projects Ability to put administrative structure and organisation in place on new or existing projects Ensures team buy-in to project approach, plan and estimates through proactive involvement in planning process This is a golden opportunity to join one of the most respected agencies in the UK, a very wise career move for the right individual.
