My Client has a vacancy for a HVAC Engineer to work on site in a static role.

You will be required to provide general electrical/mechanical maintenance supports on refrigeration/air conditioning, heating equipment and associated plant as part of a multi disciplined team.

Duties will include but not limited to:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of plant, equipment and industrial service supplies including:-
HVAC plant and associated equipment
Industrial/commercial chillers and various split systems
Building management systems
AHU plant and associated equipment

- To carry out reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment similar to the above
- To undertake all duties in a safe, tidy and responsible manner in accordance with health & Safety requirements
- To ensure that spares and materials are used in a cost effective manner
- To carry out other duties as may reasonably be requested from time to time by site management or the client
- To obey client and site rules and to maintain a high standard of discipline at all times
- To work as an on-call duty engineer as part of a team
- To complete site work order documentation to required site standards
- To carry out other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time and client management
- To carry out gritting duties on site and be a member of the on call gritting team

Qualifications and Experience:·
Solid background within a similar role with:
·Refrigeration qualifications NVQ/C&G Certificate
·City & Guilds Level 2 award in F Gas and ODS Regulations: Category 1, 500/5730/3
·Refrigerant handling certification
·Knowledge of Permit to Work System

The successful candidate will be required to undergo security vetting procedures, currently at SC level.
