The Role:

This role will report directly to the NPD Manager and is a 12-month fixed term contract, which has the potential to become a permanent position. In summary you will be:
* Working as part of the Development team you will create new and commercially viable products.
* Improving existing lines.

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Organising factory trials.
* Ensuring smooth transition to product launch.
* Optimising product profitability whilst maintaining quality and safety of products.
* Both customer and internal product presentations.

The Candidate:

* We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative NPD Technologist with at least 3 years’ relevant NPD experience gained in a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
* You will have a relevant food related degree e.g. Food Science, Food Nutrition, Food Technology
* With a passionate approach, you will have a strong drive for results
* Your project management skills will encompass experience of managing short and long-lead projects
* You will be able to demonstrate your excellent communication and interpersonal skills
