About the role
You will support the Product Management Team in the design and delivery of business critical technology deployments and customer migration initiatives.
* Work with various cross functional teams in End to End Delivery of designing,
* Validation and delivering new solutions.
* Work with other Product Managers, IT and Network Functional Teams and Product design
* Business Case - ROI business cases for all proposed Core Capability initiatives
* Project management - definition and delivery of end to end, cross company, core capability project plans. Work with key stakeholders to proactively contribute to the changes to existing Prepay Voice and Data products to improve customer experience and increase efficiencies.
* Take ownership of product and review the product design.
* Creation of end to end designs for new product and propositions.
* Create product definition in the OCS for multiple countries
* To support business as usual changes in Products and Propositions.
* Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner to the Senior Management.
* Co-ordinate and work alongside testing resources to achieve objectives within project timescales
* Manage incident classification during testing with vendor, internal and external parties and report progress accordingly * Facilitate in bringing up ideas for Products and Propositions in all Markets.

Who we're looking for
You will have the following skills & experience:

Qualification:
* Degree Qualified or equivalent Skills:
* Good technical understanding of Telecom - Voice, SMS and Data
* Good Knowledge of end to end call flows and solutions used to deliver Prepay products/bundles.
* Experience in writing Design Documents, documenting Customer Experience and carry out exploratory work for bringing ideas to life.
* Expertise in Voice, Data, Messaging and Content products
* Expertise in real time rating an design best practices
* Tier 1 Telco proposition rating analysis, design and delivery
* Conversant with competitive intelligence for products and propositions.
* Demonstrable ability to rapidly develop clear, detailed product requirements documentation
* Experience in multi cultural, international environment
* Architecture and Design
* Integration & Delivery
* Technical Assurance of Products and Propositions being implemented
* Vendor Management and Project Management Experience.
* Experience with Test Tools, Scripting knowledge will be an added advantage. * Industry experience in the Telecommunications Service Provider or Mobile Network Operator environment.
