I am working with a fantastic online media owner who are the UK's largest parenting club with over 50 years experience in helping mums and mums-to-be. The company are expanding rapidly and as such, are looking to add to their team of 125 (split 60% female and 40% male) based in North London/Hertfordshire.

As part of their client focused brand, you will be working with well-known brands from various consumer categories to connect them with key consumers, driving engagement and return-on-investment.

In the last year the company has achieved:

- An unheard of 32% year on year growth (excl. our two biggest clients)
- Increased our B2B growth by 22% year on year
- Increased our B2C growth by 431% year on year
- Increased customer satisfaction - with 91% of mums saying that they are a trusted source of information

They receive over 1.5 unique users per month and nearly 12 million page views per month. They are now looking to grow with team members who can create value for clients, bring expertise to the role, think a step ahead and who have a responsible and amiable nature.

So, more about the role as Key Account Director / Manager;

-This is a growth position at Director level, but the company would not rule out talented Key Account Managers.
-You will be focused on looking after some of the main accounts that the company currently have and upselling within them - it is therefore client services focused as opposed to new business focused
-This is a very warm role to walk into and your focus would be on managing the relationships, being out of the office for at least a day a week
-You will be required to liase with client team members at all levels and at Director level
-You will also be responsible for two direct reports and the annual team target is £6.2 million package
