My client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their friendly and busy team in Waltham Cross.

Duties include:
- Liaise with the Retail Account Manager to produce reports/presentations
- To form efficient and mutually beneficial relationships with all buyers, product developers and technologists within their designated category
- To liaise with the Project support role to highlight any priorities for them each day together with the Retail Account Manager
- To be responsible for managing all spreadsheets/documents and ensuring paper work is collated for all projects so that full traceability of approvals is evident
- To hold weekly meetings with the Product Developer and Technologist for their designated area to have a two way update on upcoming and actual activity
- To hold weekly updates with the Retail Account Manager to go through planned and unplanned activity for their designated area.
- To control and check all commercials and sign off for invoicing
- To manage the daily running of artwork projects within their specified area
- To collate artwork approvals

Requirements:
- Presentable smartly dressed
- Excellent telephone manner
- The ability to deal with personnel at all levels
- Sounds knowledge of Outlook/Excel/Word/Power Point a big advantage
- Knowledge of Print/Artwork would be beneficial although not essential

This role is a 18 month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible.
