IT Support Analyst, Immediate start, London, £23K

IT Support Analyst (Windows 7) will work within the Support team covering the day to day IT support needs for a national events ticketing company. The primary function of the position is to provide 1st/2ND line support for the groups clients and venues. The bulk of the systems you support will be ticketing or ordering systems.

Within this position you will ensure that the customer service and technical advice and support provided to the clients is effective and efficient, helping to keep their ordering and ticketing systems running

This role would be ideal for a candidate with a genuine interest in IT who wants to work within a progressive organisation where you will be challenged from day one and given the opportunity to progress you career and technical understanding.

The role will require outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in a clear, concise manner, whilst instilling confidence in your ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through to successful completion. In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

Essential Requirements:

- Experience working within a Helpdesk/ Service desk support environment
- Windows 7 experience
- Working knowledge of Outlook Express
- Citrix exposure would be beneficial (training provided)
- Exposure to ticketing/ordering systems would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills

This role is an urgent requirement, to be considered you must be available for interview immediately and start within 1 week.

This position will be based in Central London.

The position is offering a salary of £23,000 + on call allowance.
