Description
The role of the HR Administrator is to provide support to the team across the HR and Recruitment functions. The main duties are listed below; First line support for HR queries Process new starters and leavers Prepare and send out contracts of employment and change of terms letters Create personnel files and collate all new starter information, including CVs and photos Produce and distribute New Starter Newsletter Prepare and send salary and bonus letters Input new salary / bonus / benchmarking data into HR database (HR.net) Input new salary data into UK benefits portal Maintain policies and procedures on intranet Produce statistics as necessary for HR and Resource Planning Analyst Manage maternity/paternity absence Co-ordinate payment of invoices and POs Produce references - current employees, previous employees, visa letters Co-ordinate flu jabs in London office Organise and take minutes at weekly HR team call
Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have: Degree level or equivalent level education and strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Good administration and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Good time management, ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively Ability to work as part of a team, showing initiative and flexibility where necessary Ability to handle sensitive information and act with a high degree of discretion Experience of working with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
