A Director level Lead Enterprise Architect/Development Manager is required for a leading Tier 1 Investment Bank based in the heart of the financial district.
This is a business facing role within Financial Control/Middle Office. The successful candidate would be expected to provide line management duties to an international team as well as being the technical lead/architect for the project.
You would take the lead on a business critical project so exposure to delivering on high profile banking transformation projects is highly beneficial.
The technical stack is a Java based with an Oracle Back End so technical and architectural exposure to this is highly beneficial.
The company work with release management quarterly. They are moving to Agile. and putting together a RAD desk
The right candidate will need to deliver to tight project plans, recognizing needs around testing, integration and high quality software. The future progression opportunities add further value to this fantastic opportunity.
The technical team lead's main duties will include, but will not be limited to: Managing the full project life cycle Work comfortably with loosely defined requirements Use business analysis skills to work closely with stakeholders to architect future requirements, and prioritise existing trade models Drive and contribute to frequent discussions and provide technical guidance to junior members Provide Line Management duties to offshore based team Team Lead of 20+ people For the right candidate, a salary of 100k+ base can be offered.
