COMPANY INFORMATION:
- A well established Multi site company is seeking an IT assistant to join their team. You will be involved in supporting existing IT infrastructure, rolling out new technology onto the network, and developing the back end support systems.
The role will suit a competent individual who is keen to challenge themselves with a variety of support and development tasks on a daily basis. You will work with an established team within both the UK and overseas.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- A degree of relevant qualification in IT, and/or a certification in Microsoft.
- Good general IT skills including basic troubleshooting of network issues.
- Experience working with SQL and other databases.
- C# and .NET programming experience.
- Previous experience or involvement in IT projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation of new systems and hardware to the company network.
- Troubleshooting general IT issues on site.
- System Monitoring and configuration changes.
- Management of backup solutions
- Report generation.
- Various IT projects.
This role presents the opportunity for travel to various sites within the EU.
