Sales and Customer Relationship Manager
As one of the UK's leading fragrance distributors, we are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales and Customer Relationship Manager to help establish a telesales operation within our business.
Based at our offices in South Chailey, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing B2B customers in the UK to develop sales and income. Negotiation skills are a must as this role requires confident communication, alongside first class customer service and satisfaction.
The key responsibilities of the Sales & Customer Relationship Manager will include:
* Act as the point of contact of the designated customers, as well as prospecting for new customers.
* Work with existing teams to establish a telesales operation and define effective sales processes.
* Ensure that all customers receive first class customer service and satisfaction.
* Establish, maintain and champion the in-house CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
* Work within agreed budgets.
* Achieve all wholesale and retail targets.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
* Proven experience in identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing B2B customer in the UK to develop sales and income.
* Solid track record in managing categories and customers
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Able to work towards targets
* Strong market awareness
* Confident at cold calling with a tenacious personality
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Passionate, energetic and enthusiastic towards delivering results
* Proactive and constructive approach able to deal with changing priorities
Experience within the beauty industry a definite advantage.
Whilst there are no OTE associated with this role, it does offer a competitive salary and other benefits, including contributory pension scheme and private medical insurance. A full time position working five days per week Monday to Friday, although flexibility with hours can be offered.
