This is not a role for lightweight, order takers who are used to closing easy inbound leads earning slightly more than the basic salary - this role pays £20k basic, offers uncapped earnings with a very realistic commission structure that will deliver over £40k to the right people.

What you need:

You'll thrive on working in a fast paced, dynamic telesales environment - making outbound calls, qualifying customer requirements and arranging appointments for the field sales team to visit.

The most successful members of the existing telesales team are enthusiastic, target driven and self-motivated people with a confident approach and a desire to earn good money. We're looking for people who can come straight in and be a top performer, so a similar personality is essential.

As this call centre role involves cold calling you'll need to approach each call as if it was the first one of the day, tenacity and resilience are therefore essential. You'll need to prove this to us in your interview and show us evidence of your success in the past.

What's on offer:
* Basic salary of £20,000
* Realistic OTE of £40,000 (uncapped)
