Account Director - Medical Communication - Oxfordshire

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Director to join a fast paced and dynamic medical communication agency. You will be an experienced and forward thinking Director who has significant experience with client relationship management, budget management and new business development.

Location: Oxfordshire / Berkshire
Benefits: Above market rate salary

Job Responsibilities:

*Effective direction and management of key clients' accounts ensuring that account executives are working to required timelines and budgets.
*Effectively communicate the needs of the client to your team to continually demand excellence.
*Be consistently liaising/meeting with clients to ensure that the trust with the client is there.
*Have strong planning and awareness of the monthly budgets from the client and to make sure that these are met.
*Proactively manage and identify key opportunities to expand and develop new business.

Ideal Candidate:

1.A track record of successfully managing client accounts and producing work on time and on budget.
2.A high level of communication and listening skills is essential in order to provide a consultative approach to your clients.
3.Experience of mentoring and coaching junior members.
4.Financial acumen is desirable.
