Due to considerable market growth a unique opportunity has arisen in a forward thinking Hi tech FTSE 250 company. They are looking for someone who wants to progress there career in a role with huge responsibility. You will be working on various multiply projects from concept to insertion whilst managing key suppliers. These projects will typically be high tech one off engineering contracts which require careful planning and understanding. Supplier Relationship Management is key as is the willingness, patience and determination to see the contract through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold regular reviews with major stake holders
- Manage key suppliers
- Ensure all projects are time bound in line with customer requirements
- Hold regular supplier reviews monitoring all progress
- Visit Supplier facilities when required
- Interface with other leading departments for a smooth transition
- Create and maintain relevant KPI's showing project status
Personal Specification:
- Degree Level (preferable)
- CIPS part way through or completed
- Highly IT literate with an interest in technology
- Excellent communication skills able to work well within a team and use own initiative
- Determined, Hungry and Confident
- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
Driving Licence required as some travel with be involved.
