Seen as the team's lynch pin, the Marketing Campaign Project Manager is relied upon by the whole team. As well as collating and communicating the marketing campaign solution across all channels, you will also be the main point of contact for Marketing and Channels within CSG. Reporting into the Head of Marketing Communications, you will be key in supporting all handset and hero product launches, as well as coordinating post campaign analysis utilising input from all functional and channel areas. Your duties & responsibilities will include:
-Responsible for the smooth running of all CSG related Marketing execution by being the point person for everything relating to CSG Marketing
-Responsible for coordinating the marketing response, once direction agreed via Head of Marketing Communications ensuring that the campaign delivers across all touch points clearly and consistency, on brand.
-Responsible for being key Marketing coordination on all hero product launches. Aligning all of Marketing output into one campaign plan to be communicated to the business at all levels. Responsible for regularly communicating the status of each Marketing activity to the key Marketing and Channel contacts
-Key support to Head of Marketing Communications for the coordination of business critical activity on a weekly basis to ensure targets are being consistently met.
-Ownership of sharing status of all relevant CSG marketing activities to all relevant stakeholders – to be the one contact who can update CSG, Marketing and Channels on entire marketing campaign support by CSG requirements.
-Responsible for ongoing monitoring of all live comms related to CSG, ensuring that all copy is correct and is displayed in the right place at the right time
-Responsible for communicating any important news to the wider team in a timely manner
-Responsible for management of all marketing related deadlines and communication of these within CSG
-Key support for all handset launches to Marketing team with direction of Head of Marketing Communications and CSG Activation
-Coordination of post campaign analysis utilising input from all functional and channel areas
-Be the lead on securing ways of working with third parties when relating to live campaigns for Post Pay whilst looping in other categories
Important to note, you won't be responsible for:- briefing (part of planning process)- POS detail briefing (CSG to do so via briefing tool)- conduit between CSG/Marketing for sign off/approvals/creative feedback (CSG liaise with relevant functional lead)
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have experience working within a busy marketing department or agency in a coordination or project management focused role. You will also be experienced at managing multiple stakeholders and building relationships.Mobile telecoms and/or retail experience is desirable, as is an understanding of a broad mix of marketing functions.
