An exciting opportunity to join a fast growing and highly successful Catering Equipment / Consumables supplier. My client is looking for a strong National Account Manager with a proven track record in growing and developing existing accounts. They will consider quality candidates from
any B2B backgrounds.

BASIC: £40,000 - £45,000, OTE: £55,000

Used by restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, hotels, the professional chef, caterers and commercial kitchens they cover all aspects of the professional hospitality and catering sector.

JOB SPECIFICATION: National Account Manager, Restaurants, QSR, Leisure

Reporting to the Corporate Manager as a National Account Manager you will:

- Take responsibility for a number of National Accounts within a specific sector or sectors depending on experience.
- Manage multi-level and multi discipline decision makers with multiple key stake holders.
- Be tasked with recognising growth opportunities within existing accounts both by organic growth and by looking for opportunities to introduce new product lines / categories.
- Take responsibility for identifying large scale opportunities within your accounts including new openings and one off projects.
- Be measured against a number of KPI's including gross margin. However, the key indicator will be incremental sales growth YOY.
- Need build and maintain a strong communication channel with the corporate sales team and support functions ensuring good levels of service delivery and clear account planning at all times.

To be considered for this position you will need to
- Have a proven and demonstrable track record of managing and developing large accounts.
- Be extremely customer focused and commercially aware in all aspects of your accounts.
- Work as part of a dedicated team within your sector where staff at all levels has an impact on your accounts and are also rewarded for supporting the business in the successful development of their accounts.
It would beneficial to have experience in selling from either a high volume of SKU`s or a product catalogue. We are particularly interested candidates from an Industrial Consumables, Hygiene, Janitorial, Office Products, Stationary, Chemicals, FMCG, Private Label and Own Label.
